Call-In Homecare expands Leith headquarters
Edinburgh-based homecare services provider, Call-In Homecare, has broadened its headquarters in Leith’s Sugar Bond building, securing 7,648 square feet of revamped office space on a fresh lease from Pure Offices.
Lois Adamson of Call-In Homecare said: “We are delighted to have secured the 3 offices in Sugar Bond. The location and office suits our business needs well and we are looking forward to expanding our business further by placing down permanent roots in Leith and wider Edinburgh.”
Iain Taylor, associate at Ryden added: “This is a significant office letting for Leith and we are pleased to welcome Call-In Homecare to the building, having outgrown their previous office base located within the adjacent Pure Offices at Bonnington Bond.
“We have several suites remaining available at Sugar Bond which have now been refurbished and can be offered fully fitted & furnished for immediate occupancy at a healthy discount to rising city centre occupational costs.”
Ryden acted on behalf of landlord Pure Offices, whilst Call-In Homecare was represented by CBRE.
